Underwhelming stay. Expected more

empty minibarinadequate towels
I was really annoyed with the room i got. the bathroom lacked basic amenities. I had to ask for slippers. also, the minibar was empty and switched off, not very useful. the towels in the bathroom were sometimes small and not up to what i expect, from a hotel. i really don't like this type of issue.

I really liked the friendly staff and bright, clean room. it had great lighting! i had two delicious dinners, one in the bar and the other in the restaurant. the location was also very convenient. It was easy to explore the neighborhood and get to tube stations.
The room was a little noisy at night. I think it was the window frames rattling. i ordered fried and poached eggs for breakfast, but they never arrived. a guest who walked in later and ordered fried eggs got them right away!

Lovely Stay Near Harley Street

friendly staffpowerful showercomfy bed
The upgraded room was lovely after i booked for three nights near Harley Street. Staff was friendly, even placing a fan because the air conditioning is for summer. The bathroom was lovely, shower powerful, and bed very comfy. I did notice the sound proofing wasn't the best, with a crying baby waking me up early one morning.
The hairdryer was quite basic, although it worked better than I expected.
Facilities

The hotel bar stayed well-stocked, with beverages throughout my stay. I noticed the availability of ice and glassware was consistently maintained. This ensured a convenient experience when I wanted to relax.
Dining

Location

The hotel features a quiet road. Many pubs, restaurants, and shops are nearby. I saw underground stations within a short walk from the premises.
