Underwhelming stay. Expected more
empty minibar inadequate towels
I was really annoyed with the room i got. the bathroom lacked basic amenities. I had to ask for slippers. also, the minibar was empty and switched off, not very useful. the towels in the bathroom were sometimes small and not up to what i expect, from a hotel. i really don't like this type of issue.

quiet area easy walk huge bathroom
i appreciated the hotel's quiet setting (i slept soundly!). its location was excellent. regents park was within easy walking distance. the bathroom felt huge.

lovely boutique stay!
friendly staff bright room convenient location
I really liked the friendly staff and bright, clean room. it had great lighting! i had two delicious dinners, one in the bar and the other in the restaurant. the location was also very convenient. It was easy to explore the neighborhood and get to tube stations.
The room was a little noisy at night. I think it was the window frames rattling. i ordered fried and poached eggs for breakfast, but they never arrived. a guest who walked in later and ordered fried eggs got them right away!

The reception staff were helpful and very polite. They quickly addressed my inquiries. i especially appreciated their assistance with directions to nearby attractions. the general service provided was attentive (i felt welcomed).

Lovely Stay Near Harley Street
friendly staff powerful shower comfy bed
The upgraded room was lovely after i booked for three nights near Harley Street. Staff was friendly, even placing a fan because the air conditioning is for summer. The bathroom was lovely, shower powerful, and bed very comfy. I did notice the sound proofing wasn't the best, with a crying baby waking me up early one morning.
The hairdryer was quite basic, although it worked better than I expected.

the staff was wonderful and very helpful. the room was clean and had ample space for my needs. all the offered amenities were great and comfortable!
i noticed that the minibar was empty upon arrival, a small inconvenience.

the location suited my needs perfectly, close to bus routes and the great portland street tube station. i found it easy to get around from here! oxford street and the west end were also easily accessible.
